Diobu Micro Finance Bank began operations in 1993 as a Community Bank and successfully converted to a Micro Finance Bank in 2007. Located at No.331 Old Refinery Road, Elelenwo, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, we provide a platform for the social and economic development of active individuals and MSMEs.
